When you put it on the floor, it’ll just roll around with it. If you are bothered to hold it, it’ll work okay. I returned this and got a ball instead.

Very easy to use. Just roll on the desired area. No complaints it is helpful for self massage.

I’ve had one of these before and it is a brilliant little massage ball. The design makes it easy to grip and you can put quite a bit of pressure through and still have the ball section glide smoothly across the massage area.

Was going to buy this in Decathlons store in Sheffield, but after it appeared in The Daily Mail of course it was sold out. Had to order online, very quick delivery, and as i suffer from cramp now and again it is an easy size to put in my cycle saddle bag or gym bag.

I too saw the article mentioned by another reviewer. The professional used by the Daily Mail is often used by them and he can be googled regarding his qualifications and experience. I also found the purchase process daunting. It was only because of the recommendation that I persevered. Yes, the postage is high compared to gadget price. But even adding that, is still a great price if it really does reduce pain. I bought it for my daughter. But at the last minute I added another one for myself. Delivery was very quick so proved worth the postage.I have used mine a couple of times for a particular persistent pain and it worked. So I have high hopes for this little gadget. I am surprised that the company has not, unlike many firms, built on the excellent positive free publicity of the newspaper article.
