Good sunglasses to run with.
The Jog 500 adult running glasses have a good bridge and fit well on my face. They successfully block out most glare and are very light. They also fit well on my head when I am not actively using them. They are also easy to keep clean and do not take too much sweat and dust - I imagine those who run more heavily/frequently than I would have this difficulty. The bridge under my eyes is not too harsh. I recommend Jog 500 glasses to anyone who wants to walk, run or be outdoors as part of a "Slip Slop Slap Seek Shade" regime. They are good for people who are growing into their faces and protect from a moderate to vigorous amount of sun and cloud glare.
My husband uses these for bike riding and he loves them.

Very nice glasses at an excellent price. Everything was easy and item was received well packaged too.
I have a normal size head. These were unwearable as they were so small. They fitted my 2 year old daughter better than they did me, and they were meant for an adult. Disappointed.
Have been wearing these for over a year, but they still look like new. I think these have been the best sports sunglasses I have ever owned. They are so comfortable on me, as they are light and not huge on my slim face. They really protect my eyes, not only from the sun, but wind and dusty trails too. Absolute bargain. I would like a pair which have photochromic lenses for running on trails where you are in and out of the woods.
