The bag is great and exactly what I expected. Only issue is I can't work out how to change the name tag, currently there's a blank piece of thin paper in there, I just don't know how to remove it.
I'm glad you are happy with the bag, I'm hoping to make you in even happier with a solution for the name tag!
Inside the bag there is a slit in the fabric above and to the side of the name tag. This will allow you to insert your own name tag. It is quite well hidden...

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist OK, aber die Tasche ist für unsere Belange (Reisen nach Asien) leider nicht geeignet (nicht ausreichend robust: zu dünnes Material, zu feiner Reißverschluss, evtl. Deckschichtablösung bei hohen Temperaturschwankungen durch Klimaanlage und hoher Außentemperatur?). Haben uns für ein höherwertiges, teureres Produkt entschieden. Lieferung, Service etc. war super!
Leider steht in die Beschreibung nicht, dass der Hersteller die Tasche nur als Wasserabweisend und nicht als Wasserdicht einordnet, was allein auf den Reißverschluss zurückzuführen ist.

Le sac est bien mais pas très fun côté couleur.
Produit technique sobre de grande contenance pouvant servir à de multiples usages, 2 grandes sangles d’épaule confortables , chargement style sac de voyage, étanche, solide , je me sers pour aller nager , pour le vtt ou l’escalade, actuellement je m'en sers pour y charger 2 buggy au 1/10 et leurs batteries

Bien sans plus : c’est une toile cirée fermée Les sangles pour porter en sac à dos sont pratiques La fermeture à glissière simple curseur est une grosse lacune : c’est moins pratique pour fermer un sac bien rempli, et en cas de casse le sac est bon à jeter

Ce sac possède des coutures soudées ce qui évite que l'eau ne pénètre dans le sac et le rend d'autant plus solide. Seul la fermeture éclair n'est pas étanche.
Je prends note de votre remarque, une amélioration étant prévue sur l'ouverture du sac sur le nouveau modèle sur lequel nous sommes en train de travailler.
