Kwam dit tegen in de winkel. Staan bekijken en passen. Interessant als vervanging van mijn huidige hoedje, wat ik zelfs bij me had en mee kon vergelijken. Ik gebruik zo'n hoedje als afweer tegen zon, voor oren en voorhoofd, en zelfs kruin. Ze zijn handig doordat ze ook in een zak of tas te proppen zijn. Ik wil dat ze eigenlijk zo dun mogelijk zijn. + Degelijk gemaakt. + Wit. + Flinke rand. - Wat warme dikke stof. - Erg weinig maten (56, 60). Nu heb ik net 58, en zou ik erop moeten gokken dat het katoen tot de goede maat krimpt. Op zich iets om rekening mee te houden. - Koordje. Goed bedoeld, maar waarschijnlijk hinderlijk en los gaand. Kan er af. Heb op eigen hoedje verstelbaar elastisch koordje onder kin gemaakt. Gebruik in boot en op bergtoppen.
