le kit comprend toutes les pièces nécessaires et le montage est aisé.
Bonjour, Pas satisfaite de ce produit, je l'ai ramené une première fois pour me faire rembourser car il ne convenait pas. La pièce ne rentre pas il faut la limer pour qu'elle rentre bien que ce soit exactement a même référence que celle d'origine. Obliger de bricoler pour qu’elle convienne sinon ma trottinette cassera car il y a du jeu dans la direction..

Nous avons échangé avec notre expert technique sur le problème rencontré, il y a deux solutions: soit cette pièce pose réellement problème, nous allons en commander une pour nous assurer qu'un problème de production n'est pas intervenu dessus. Le montage de cette pièce n'est pas simple et il se peut aussi qu'une étapes ne soit pas bien réalisé au montage et provoque ce problème.
Quoiqu'il en soit nous allons solutionner ce problème

Bonjour Ou trouver une vis de pliage pour une trottinette mid 7 ? J'ai cherché mais vous ne semblez pas en avoir en stock ? Merci
Produs ambalat neglijent, fara protectie la socuri, punga gaurita, o clema elastica in forma de U lipsa, piesa centrala elastica cu urme de rugina (arata mai veche decat cea pe care am schimbat-o si care avea 8 ani, uneori de mers prin ploaie) Comanda mi-a fost anulata de doua ori pentru ca nu a fost ridicata la timp (nu am fost anuntat prin SMS, doar pe mail, ceea ce e o "economie" imposibil de inteles pentru mine). Cu totul a durat aproape o luna si jumatate de la comanda initiala! Am ales plata ramburs, am folosit doua cupoane de reducere, care nu s-au actiivat corect (pe site era un pret, pe aplicatie altul si la casa altul!) si a trebuit ca doamna de la casa sa le activeze din nou. Produsul in sine este bun si montajul a fost usor, am folosit clema elastica veche. Singura problema e ca o piesa care apare la vedere este neagra, iar cea originala era argintie. Noua arata bine, dar se va zgaria repede si va fi urata. Am ales sa comand piesa si nu sa o dau la reparat la atelier pentru ca ar fi durat 2-3 saptamani si ar fi costat mai mult, iar mecanicul de la atelier a devenit foarte defensiv cand i-am spus ca vreau sa o repar singur si a inceput sa imi tina morala ca "orice munca se plateste", de parca eu trebuie sa ii platesc munca, nu firma dvs! Se pare ca unii mecanici sunt demotivati pentru ca exista servicii de atelier care nu se pot monetiza pentru ca nu apar in lista de servicii (mi-a pus la trotineta un surub care lipsea), gasiti o metoda sa ii multumiti, eu apelez la atelier pentru service, nu pentru lectii de viata.
