Will not even remove it's own brand of studs from it's own brand of boots.

I bought this stud key so that I could fit the aluminium studs that I bought from Decathlon. Unfortunately they do not fit! I simply cannot fathom why the stud key bought from Decathlon doesn't fit their own studs! As I've had to open the plastic box to use them I now can't return them! Ridiculous!
This is extremely unusual. Just this morning I tried the key on some of the studs we keep spare in the store and couldn't see any issues. Rest assured, even though the packaging is damaged, you'll still be able to return them to your nearest store, as they are not doing the job you expected!

Für Stollen mit der 3 Punkt Aufnahme von offload zu gross aber auch der original Schlüssel aus Plastik ist zu gross

Ich bedauere sehr, dass der Stollenschlüssel nicht kompatibel für deine Stollen gewesen ist, vielleicht könntest du in dem folgendem Kontaktformular angeben um welche Stollen von Offload es sich explizit gehandelt hat, damit wir nachvollziehen können, wo wir bei der Optimierung des Stollenschlüssel anzusetzen haben.

He comprado esta llave para cambiar obviamente los tacos de goma por los de aluminio y al tercer taco de aluminio que aflojé los picos que tiene la llave se deshicieron, aunque tuve cuidado de encajarlos bien en la ranura de los tacos.

Buena herramienta.
Está bien, es suficiente para poner y quitar los tacos. Tiene para tacos de tres hendiduras o hexagonales. Lo malo que tiene es que es un poco blando el metal y se dobla si no se aplica la fuerza con cuidado.
