My item ripped after a few days, rather disappointing as I like the style and comfortability of the item, I brought the product in Sydney and haven't seen a decathlon store where I live in queensland to get another pair

If you haven't done so already, send an email to contact.australia@decathlon.com and inform the team that you would like to return the ripped pair and exchange for new ones (or similar) and the team will be able to assist you and get them shipped up to you.

Too heavy weight ...not able to play Next next side no pocket
Have been a decathlon customer since 2015. Never face such issue. The product got torn along the elastic area around the waist. Tried returning/replacing it but the rejected it saying as a wear and tear issue.
