Why use a race number belt for triathlons?
The race number belt lets you attach the bib in a proper manner (3 attachment toggles) while allowing to wear it in the back when cycling, and in the front when running. It will save you a lot of time during transitions. With its soft fabric and inner silicone strip, you won't even feel it during the race! Loops on the hips for up to 5 energy gels. Enough to take you to the finish line!
When to put the race number belt?
You put on the race number belt at the first transition after taking off your neoprene wetsuit and keep it until the triathlon finish line. It is worn with the bib in the back during the bike leg, and at the front during the run leg.
How to wear the race number belt?
The race number belt is worn on your hips for stability. Made from a stretch material, you can adjust it to your liking. Avoid overtightening the belt so it doesn't ride up.
