Even though it’s standard size but it’s too tight

I apologize for the bad experience that you have faced with the swim cap. Ideally, a silicone swim cap is to be water tight to ensure that your hair is in place, not causing any drag in water as you swim. Hence, you may be finding it too tight. Also, it should be worn for short periods of time as you train for competitive swimming.
