Product Customer Reviews

Among my best purchases at Decathlon. Intensive use during 1 year of cycling trip + sports use (ski-rando-alpi) for 2 years, not a scratch, super resistant, warm and super comfortable to wear.
I bought it with the thought of replacing fleece while hiking and the idea worked 100%. It takes up little space when folded. Despite the fact that sometimes I get wet in it, you can still use it (it dries quickly). Windproof hood, I haven't used the mask yet, but because I always have a bandana. Wearing a backpack did not leave any traces in the places where it was worn. I recommend it not only during reaching the peaks :)
It is light, looks resistant and shelters well. It is waterproof. The zipper can be raised at the bottom for belaying while climbing. Very good buy.
very practical because very modular. the pockets are good and numerous (2 ext 1 int) the hood is comfortable and cuts the wind well, the neck is well protected. the integrated mask is well thought out, I appreciate the small additional bag made to store the jacket. 2 possible improvements: - hooks/loops inside the pockets to hang keys or the smartphone. - a bit warmer
I recommend. The build quality is great. I use it both in the mountains, when climbing and every day. basically a year-round product (in winter as an additional layer).
I'm outside for several hours every day, whatever the weather. Whether speed hiking, trail running, mountain biking or with my two Doberman dogs...the clothes have to work! And ideally also be affordable... That's why my gear now consists almost entirely of QUECHUA/SIMOND by DECATHLON... The French take their job really seriously, here you get the impression that the product developers were actually out there and their stuff tried it out for themselves before adding it to the range. The jacket is 100% what the description promises, I love the comfortable fabric, the large pockets and especially the hood/face mask, which is unbeatably practical and protects against cold winds in sudden weather changes... I use the jacket in the mountains and in everyday life, gladly in combination with a windproof outer jacket... Definitely a buy tip!!!

light and comfortable...
Great under a coat. Light, compact (integrated bag), great freedom of movement.
I often use the jacket for mountaineering and ski touring. Only the isolation could be better. On the really cold and windy days I have to wear a hard shell over it. But otherwise I'm completely satisfied.
Packs down small. Sheds light rain well, is warm. Perfect mid layer .
Hello, I used this jacket for ski touring and alpine skiing and after only 2 outings I already had marks on the strap passages of the backpack. The fabric is much too fragile to such an extent that I can no longer use it with a backpack because the straps continue to make micro holes and the lining begins to come out. Warm and flexible, but far too fragile for mountain climbing with even a light backpack. I saw that you had stopped the model, is there a way to change it for something stronger to really go mountaineering with? THANKS
Excellent prices in general, and much better prices at the END OF THE SEASON!
Sup.
Very good value for money because bought only 40€ instead of 70€. Sufficient warmth if you are active. Heat a little tight if you are still (it all depends on your thermogenesis too). I believe there is a new blue model with Merino wool parts (under the arms); But you can't find it in stores; so impossible to try!

”body map” engineering
These fabric components are positioned in parts of jacket where they are needed. Warmth is provided by 3.5 oz/sqm padding on chest, back and upper arms. A softshell component is positioned on the forearms and lower part of jacket to protect areas in contact with harness and rock face. Freedom of movement and thermal regulation are provided by thin stretch fleece under arms and on back.
Hood
Bi-material softshell hood is combined with a scarf for when you are cold or when there is too much wind. It is mainly worn under the helmet but can easily be worn over it thanks to its highly elasticated softshell fabric component.
