Product Customer Reviews

I was advised to get this board and I extrealy happy that a made the best choice! The snowboard was put to its test and its excellent! Good contole and easy to strap on and off! Going to have alot of fun with it!

A word from the product manager
The Jib is our new board in the 17-18 range. We wanted an easy, manageable, fun freestyle board ... Job done?
Program / terrain
The Jib carves a bit less on-piste than the Park & Ride but it's great fun in the park, both on rail lines and on jumps.On-piste, it's very manageable in small turns and encourages you to have fun on the track edges. With its flat camber with rocker and its supple torsion between the feet, it's suitable for the high-level freestyler who wants a fun board, as well as for the true beginner interested in freestyle.
Twin tip snowboard
The shape of the snowboard is Twin Tip. The board's sidecuts are completely symmetrical between front and rear, providing perfect symmetry and centering of the board's features for riding in both directions in the same way. The Twin Tip shape also provides total balance when turning on the ground or in the air.
Flat camber + rocker
A flat camber is the best compromise between the standard camber that provides grip and dynamism, and a reverse camber that offers rotational maneuverability but has little grip. It's perfect for the park freestyler and the beginner because:- the flat camber offers stability, on modules or on-piste,- the rocker offers tolerance in the park and on-piste, because the 4 ”corners” of the board do not touch the snow when the board is flat.
Technical information
The flex (stiffness of the board between front and rear) of the End Zone 400 Jib is about 2/5, i.e. supple and forgiving. This type of flex is very homogeneous from the front tip (nose) to the rear tip (tail), which provides very predictable cornering with no surprises. This flex, designed for freestyle use, also lets you have fun on the flat (ollies, nollies, butter, nose roll...).
Technical information.
Front width 11.5”. Center 9.8”. Rear 11.5” (size 59.4”).Radius 25.9' (59.4”).Effective edge 45.9”.Number of inserts: 10 + 10 (3 positions possible per binding / 20 mm between each one).Recommended stance: 21.9”.
Supple and forgiving torsion
The torsion (torsional stiffness of the board between the feet) is about 2/5, which makes the board easy to handle, easy to pivot and forgiving of edge mistakes. Supple torsion provides a degree of free movement between the feet. As an exaggeration, the front foot can be angled heel-toe, and the rear toe-heel. This is important for beginners to forgive edging mistakes. The supple torsion is also suited to freestyle-jib-flat use.
Setback 0 mm
The setback is when the board's compression points with the snow are not symmetrical in relation to the center of the board, but set back towards the rear. The bindings are also set back towards the rear by the same distance. 0 mm: no setback, these Twin Tip boards are completely centered for riding forward or switch, offering good balance during spins in the air or on groomed slopes.
Extruded base and glide performance
Extruded base, a manufacturing process distinct from that for sintered bases:- offers normal glide and good durability over time,- requires regular maintenance: Ideally, wax every 5 outings and at least once a year,- either at the beginning of the season to start with a very good glide,- or at the end of the season to nourish the base in depth, allowing the wax to protect the base throughout the summer.
Storage instructions
Wipe the edges at the end of the day to avoid rust. Ideally, wax every 5 outings.Summer storage: out of the sun, you can leave the bindings on the board.
