So osm lumbar
It will fit good and also gives proper support but the stitching very bad. The Velcro came off within 2 weeks of use.

We appreciate you taking the time out to write to us. I apologise for your unpleasant experience with our back support. The functioning of the velcro could be a function of 2 things
Size - Choosing a smaller size will cause undue stretching of fabric as well as stitches / velcro (not to mention discomfort to the user). Please measure the diameter about 5cm above your hip and follow the below mapping for the right size.
65 - 85 cms : 1
86 - 115 cms : 2
116 - 140 cms : 3

This Back support is majorly known for flexible, comfortable and perspiration wicking material that provides compression for back joint as a prevention while practicing your sport. You can easily adjust it as per the compression you need.
If you can please tell us what exactly is the issue that you faced, we can assist you better.
Meanwhile you also consider the back support Tarmak Lumbar brace soft 300 which provides a better compression and fits the shape of your back very well.

Very good support to back
The width of the belt needs to be increased by at least 3 cms. The Belt carries wrinkles after use. Its not clear if it can be ironed out, as otherwise subsequent use causes discomfort.
Too large and not fit for me. But can use.
