Fantastically comfortable

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had and I'm on my second pair. They look neet and last surprisingly well too and I walk a lot. I wanted to buy two more pairs but you don't have them in my size. I'm after the black ones in a 39, are you getting more in?

Walking shoes

These trainers are a great buy. Very comfy to wear. The only negative is the grips on the soles don’t last long if you walk a lot as I do. I’m on my second pair just love the design

Slippery on some wet surfaces

These shoes can be dangerously slippery on some surfaces especially natural stone cobbles and paving blocks, wet leaves and other wet debris under the soles and also on painted road markings, tiled or other smooth or glossy surfaces. I very nearly had a bad fall today because of the shoe sole sliding on a damp paving stone and had noticed a slight slipping on painted road markings as I crossed a busy road. The shoes are very comfortable but the soles not reliably safe on all outdoor surfaces. Apart from that, they are very comfortable for walking and look good. The velcro fastening is very convenient and was the main reasons I chose this style of casual light-use walking shoe instead of any other but because of the slipperiness of the sole I could, unfortunately not recommend.

Dear Susan,

First of all, thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience. What I recommend you is to go to your nearest store and swap your Soft 180 for the PW160 Slip on. You will find the same advantages (easy to put on and no laces) and also you will find more grip due to the rubber on the heel and the toes part. Those products have the same price and the PW160 can fit your needs better than the Soft 180.

I’m here to help you if you need more information.

Best regards

Why is it important to choose a special shoe for power walking?

Each sport has its shoe! In power walking, there is complete heel-to-toe transition, from the moment the heel hits the ground to the moment the front of the foot travels forward. During this phase, the foot is extremely arched. Power walking shoes must be extremely flexible to move perfectly with your foot. This is why Newfeel has made flexibility its primary promise!
