The knee guard works well.
I use these mostly for squats and lunges but also too for when I have any strenuous work to do requiring any knee motion. After years of squats and lunges, my knees are getting a little sore these days and these tend to help. They work quite well.
Picked one up after tweaking my knee. Nice gentle compression and wamth I feel it helped speed recovery.
I should pay more attention to details as I was expecting for both knees.
This product does a good job. The hardest part is working out the correct sizing.
The knee support is smaller than it should be and doesnt hold well. When I am walking and running it keeps falling off and I have to constantly readjust its alignment.

Excellent product!
This item is not fit for purpose it falling down your knee. The silicon area is to small to hold it
They do have a tendency to slip a bit but very effective
The material is good, however during exercise after 30minutes the knee support rolles down and its very unconfortabel. If this problem could be solved would be great.

Measure around your leg, 3” above your kneecap. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:Size 1: 14.2” - 15.4”Size 2: 15.4” - 16.9”Size 3: 16.9” - 18.5”Size 4: 18.5” - 20.1”
