Not worth the money the Velcro stitching is not good and it is torn in 2 days

The band is excellent for back pain, sciatic pain, using it, help me a lot to recovery.
Used daily, comfortable hardly felt I was wearing support. Lightweight good for recovery after lower back muscle strain will also use for long-term prevention of strain getting back into my running. Durable quality kit.

The size range is not helpful and is not directly related to waiste size. As it's important to significantly overlap both ends go up one size. Mine is unusable as it's too small for a 32"waiste.

I'm sorry to hear about your not satisfactory experience with our supports sizing unfortunately, being a international company, we had to come up with a sizing system that could work for all of our customers so, for all of our supports, there are specific measurements that need to be taken to understand which size would fit properly.
Anyway, I can suggest you to take the item with the receipt to the closest Decathlon store where you can exchange it for the right size or get a full refund.
