Ho comprato una canoa itiwit X 10 e lo zaino presentava un piccolo taglio verticale nella zona frontale. Ho chiesto la sostituzione inviando le foto e mi hanno riferito che avrei dovuto attendere. Morale della favola ho atteso circa un mese ma sono stati gentilissimi, mi hanno chiamato varie volte sul cellulare per chiedermi se volevo una sacca provvisoria ed oltretutto quando sono andato in negozio avevo dimenticato la sacca da sostituire a casa. Mi hanno consegnato la nuova subito senza chiedere la vecchia. Questo è un esempio di customer care. Servizio al cliente 10 !!
