I swim laps for exercise (intermediate level). I used these once and found that they don't work for what I need. I kept having to stop to adjust them--fix leaking, let water out, too tight, too loose... I know that's normal for a new pair of goggles, so I at first it was fine. I figured I just needed to get used to them; however, after messing with them for 10 minutes I still couldn't get them right. I finally got them so they weren't too tight and didn't leak on a lap, but when I did a flip turn and pushed off the wall, they fell down around my face, because of the force of the moving water. At that point, I gave up on them and went back to my older, more stream-lined pair. I would return these if I could. They provide a nice, large field of view. The strap didn't roll and seems to do a nice job staying in place. The adjustment system is easy to use and effective. Maybe for someone doing more relaxed swimming, they would work really well.

Bought for my husband and very happy with product. Usually buy a different brand but this is a better fit and cheaper price so very happy

Pinch a bit across the nose and the seal isn’t the best but generally ok Hard to find clear lens so that’s a big plus for me as I swim on day break
Goggles are nice for those who practise casual swimming. Lenses got scratches very easily.
Durable and excellent quality.
Very comfortable, used by both my son for his school swimming as well as by myself for survival apnea training easy to adjust between the two of us and no leaking even under heavy turbulence while being tumbled.
Highly recommend this product. Did not leak at all in the pools.

Reduce fog in your swimming goggles
Fog develops due to several factors: the difference in temperature between the body and the way, humidity levels, etc. Wear and tear due to friction is one of the main causes.If your goggles fog up, dip your lenses in the water and a protective film will reform.After a certain amount of time, it is normal for the performance of the anti-fog coating to be diminished.We provide an anti-fog marker that reactivates an ageing anti-fog treatment and which makes your goggles last longer.
Choosing the size of your swimming goggles
The watertightness of the swimming goggles is dependent on the proper fit of the skirts with the shape of your face. Before purchase, we advise you to do the ”suction” test with your goggles without the elastic strap: If the goggles stay on your face by themselves, with slight suction, the product will be watertight during your swim. This also enables you to spot any areas of discomfort or annoyance when the model is on your face.This model is available in sizes S & L(narrow & rounder faces).
Adjusting your swimming goggles
These swimming goggles fit the morphology of your face without needing to be over-tightened.Goggles that are too tight can cause discomfort, leave marks and even create water inlet holes.It is not necessary to press against the lenses with your hands, a light suction effect is usually enough for swimming sessions without water inlet holes.The straps should ideally sit 2 to 3 cm above your ears. This position will optimise the grip and comfort of the goggles.
Looking after your swimming goggles
We advise you to: - Rinse your goggles (only if necessary) by dipping them in the water- Avoid water jets directly on the inner face of the lenses- Store the goggles in their case between sessions to avoid damaging the lenses (on the inner face to protect the anti-fog treatment, on the outer face to avoid scratches)- Avoid exposing the goggles to temperatures over 60 °C,- Do not touch or wipe the inside of the lenses
Lens tint
The colour of your goggles should be suited to your swimming location and its lighting.If you swim outdoors or in a pool with harsh lighting, prioritise goggles with smoked lenses to limit the glare. If, however, the pool is quite dark with low lighting, winter evenings for example, use clear lenses.The SPIRIT swimming goggles are available with different lens tints (mirrored, shaded, clear).
Uv protection
Complies with standard: Q/BT 4734 - 2014, all Nabaiji swimming goggles protect against harmful UVA and UVB rays when used normally, regardless of the lens tint. Looking directly at the sun is dangerous and can lead to irreversible eye damage.
