My son has started playing squash with me and wanted his own racquet. He is 13 yrs old and new to the confines of a squash court. I gave him this racquet to start his squash journey with as it is nice and light, well balanced and gave him a sense of ownership as opposed to the hire racquets. He is really happy with it! He feels like a player when he walks into the courts with his own racquet. The SR 100 is sturdy enough to handle some contact with the floor and wall and light enough that my son doesn't run out of strength in his arm or hand. It was well worth the purchase price...incredibly cheap and has helped create some really fun times as we chase the ball around the court. This is a fantastic racquet for beginners, kids aged from 8/9 upwards or the very occasional player who just wants a racquet they can pull out and re-accustom to quickly.
