An essential aid to grip on cross-country runs. Not designed for very muddy surfaces where the longer spike is needed but better than cross country trainers.

Passen nicht in jeden Schuh, da sie nicht von oben geschraubt werden, wo die Spitze der Dornen ist, sondern der Schlüssel den gesamten Dorn umschließen muss. Unpraktisch, das haben viele andere Hersteller besser gelöst. Bei den Schuhen, wo sie sich schrauben lassen, erfüllen sie voll und ganz ihren Zweck 👍
