Sprained my ankle 3 months ago and had been using the “normal” stretchy white supports. My ankle still hasn’t get right. After some advice, found this ankle brace and I love it! I played tennis “normally” and it felt amazing! Where has this been all this time!! Gives great support, relatively easy to wrap without the instructions (and super easy with them). Yes, only used once so far, but worked so well (and haven’t had the usual aching after play). Def recommend!!
I bought the largest size but still had difficulty fitting around my ankles. For the price, there are better products available through a quick Internet search. Unless you are a rugby player /footballer with thick ankles, this would probably be very helpful product. I'd suggest trying it on before buying to make sure it fits snug.

Very good product for ankle support. I am using it daily while playing tennis. I have heal spure and it helps me a lot to reduce the pain while playing specially reduce tendinitis pain.

Very comfortable to wear and very well supports on the ankles to prevent additional pressure on the ankle
Good ankle support and ease of use. Durable too
I bought this for a family member as she just sprained her ankle. To be honest I tried it on and the stabilization it provides is close to nothing...the material used is also not good as the velcro managed to pull out some fibers just by rubbing over it once. I have a Futuro brand ankle guard which costs slightly more and functions much better. Even the compression crepe bandage which costs $5 works better than this. I highly recommend athletes/anyone who value their health (especially ligaments which take very long to heal) to skip this product altogether. I am sure the CSO evaluating my comment (and hopefully does sports) agree with me that spending a little more to prevent injury is worth the little bit of extra cost. An honest review in my opinion.

Why wear this ankle support?
Wearing this ankle support may be recommended if you have suffered ligament damage or are apprehensive. The support makes it easier to return to your sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo) after a light to moderate sprain. It is easy to slip on thanks to its rear opening. Its ventilated fabric and design adapted to ankle shape ensure optimal comfort.
What is a sprain?
A sprained ankle is when you stretch or tear the ligaments. It usually happens when people lose their balance on slippery terrain, either during a spontaneous movement or during active play. We believe that a sprained ankle is the most common sports injury and that it happens at least 6000 times per day!
Choosing your ankle support size
Measure your ankle girth, to 2” above the ankle joints. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:Size 1: 7.9” - 8.7”Size 2: 8.7” - 9.3”Size 3: 9.3” - 9.8”Size 4: 9.8” - 10.4”
