I suffered an ankle injury and after only one use on my first recovery basketball session, the plate that is inside snapped and ruptured some of the material. Haven't had the chance to use it for what's intended yet it's already broken. It's very expensive too so I expected some better quality.

its a great product. but you cannot wear it with any sort of sports shoe as it gets a bulky and does not fit it not the shoe

The strap completely holds your ankle and put proper compression depending on your wear. Stickers are sufficient to have a good grip. The strings help and control movement of the feet. Overall great product.
Guard split both sides after one use at point where velcro straps attach to. Had to stitch by hand. Now it's good.

What is a sprain?
A sprained ankle is when you stretch or tear the ligaments. It usually happens when people lose their balance on slippery terrain, either during a spontaneous movement or during active play.
