I like the experience. It helps me to maintain my posture.

I have the Soft 500 also which I bought 4 years ago and they're still in good condition. I bought as I had hoped they were more flexible as I do more flexibility work outs. I was right. These are flexible but do a good job for my spine. I have degenerative disc disorder and these help me exercise with freedom.

Cons: after the second use, the material in front of the belt has creased and becomes disturbing when moving up and down. The "hedgehog" fastening system only supports 5-7 cm of the main part of the belt, which leads to its creasing. If the catch surface with "hedgehogs" was larger, it was avoided to crease it. Pros: well-thought-out column support system, you don't feel strain when moving up and down and going up and down steps.

I use it to stabilize the lumbosacral spine during chores and prolonged standing. Very good.

Premise: it is not a medical-surgical device but a "simple" lumbar band, rigid, which should avoid movements potentially harmful to the lumbar area. Having said this and thus placing the band in its correct category of use, I can say with certainty that it does its job well: once worn, it supports the back well, exerting constant and extensive support of the lumbar area. The tension adjustment is carried out with practical laces which tighten the band by completely blocking the back. The construction material is good, well finished, easily washable and the band worn does not create any discomfort. I used it to block my back after a trauma that occurred following a too pushed deadlift session and, in the first days following the trauma, it was a valid support for carrying out daily activities that otherwise would have been precluded.

Belt that provides very good support without giving the impression of wearing a shell. For the moment not test on a long time.

Having read that it was a product for those suffering from severe back pain, I preferred it to the 500 version, which is similar to the band I already had and had to change due to age. Unfortunately, despite having taken the right size, I find it less anatomical and less adherent even by particularly tightening the closure. I'll go back to the more flexible version

I use it to ride a motorbike and it's excellent as lumbar support, it supports wonderfully.

I wear it during long periods of standing and static (concerts for example), it's effective and it limits back pain
