So... have worn them for many runs and l love them. I carry 250ml flexi bottle in the back pockets and two 150ml flexi in the side pockets. As yet haven't lost any full bottles, but did loose an empty one... as l said on my 1st review the mesh on these pockets isn't tight so l think it just worked it's way out. The phone pocket only just holds my Samsung s10 but l have it in a flip over case which makes it bigger. Be warned though... the zip pocket does come in slightly different sizes and l have had to purchase and return several pairs in order to get ones that haven't been cut to small.
Hab mir nach Erhalt der ersten Laufhose gleich die Zweite bestellt. Sie sitzt perfekt, hat auch noch einen figurformenden Vorteil, was ich richtig klasse finde. Die Taschen sind funktional und genau passend für Dinge wie Handy, Tempos und den Hausschlüssel. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

La talla es correcta y el tipo de diseño muy confortable, con la sujeción perfecta para poder realizar los movimientos que requiera tu rutina de deporte.
Lo malo es que la cintura al tener tanto bolsillo da mucho calor. Y es muy incomoda tanta tela en esa zona agobia y molesta

Very good leggins. 7/8 length, quick dry after wash, the waistband is wide and fit well on waist. Doesn't slop down during run even when filled with stuff. Pockets can contain headlamp, keys, buff, headphones and even a bigger phone. And they are squatproof. I got the first ones and two weeks later another ones.
