Really helped me with running
The edge curls in so everytime when you use, you have to make sure the edges are flat against your skin. Otherwise, it's really uncomfortable. Overall, it does its job.

It is easy to put on and has supple fabric and a shape designed to suit your knee and keep you comfy.
What is patellar tendinitis?
It is the most common kind of tendinitis of the knee. Sufferers will feel pain at the front of the kneecap or the bottom of the tibial tuberosity. It is common in sports that involve running, pivoting, pushing off and jumping.
