Dear Decathlon team, Being able to listen to music under water while swimming makes the workout more pleasant. Below are remarks I hope could be considered for product improvement: 1. Increase the memory size: may be consider 8 or even 16GB. 2. The silicone swimming ear plug included in the package are less comfortable than those from the previous model ("Nabaiji Waterproof MP3 player 2GB"). 3. I exchanged the "Nabaiji Waterproof MP3 player 2GB" because the cable of the ear plug was tearing out and could see the inner wire. Thank you.
I have been looking for A mp3 for swimming for A while didn't want to spend to much on one see this in Decathlon bit of A impulse buy but I am pleased I did no more boring swimming found it easy to put music on to I do not wear A hat while swimming so I clipped it to me hair band stayed in place I was worried about the headphones staying in but they was good they stayed in for the price I thought they was good.
Bought this and there was a fault in one ear piece where there wasn't a 'mesh' inside. As it worked I carried on using it. Now the volume is unable to be heard correctly through the headphones. I know this as we have another device and those headphones work with it. I want to know if you can buy spare headphones for this. Otherwise not a bad purchase!
I was disappointed with this brand. 1. Volume not enough. 2. found problems with the charging cable. It doesn't seem to work properly and I couldn't load more songs after a period of time
as for this price, it is perfect - waterproof, long-lasting battery, easy charging and capacity for many, many songs and trainings. I recommend this for anyone who swims a lot and wish to entertain a little while training.
using in the pool unit does not play at a high enough volume so is really no use to me very disappointed. Purchased in UK used in Canada following day out 25 pounds unhappy

This product has been tested in different environments to make sure is working correctly in quiet or busy swimming pools. Maybe this specific item has some technical fault and this is why you could not play music at correct volume.

This player is basic and has limited functions- could have been a bit cheaper.
THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS 1 STAR IS BECAUSE THERE IS NO ZERO STARS OPTION.....Bought this yesterday, connected it to my PC, clicked on the player icon, downloaded some tunes ready for tomorrows swim,tried it all good works fine....Disconnected the device via the correct procedure everything fine. Thought i'd re -connect to the PC to make sure its fully charged ...there is no recognition of the device on the PC, the blue light is stuck on as if the device is frozen...tried the 15 sec reset, mailed Nabaiji, recieved no reply. 135km round trip to pick up this device, i should not have bothered and saved money on Fuel and Tolls

From your message I presume that you purchased it in France and you contacted directly our Nabaiji brand office. I'm sorry if our colleagues still have not contacted you. Of course you can exchange this MP3 in any Decathlon store in UK or other country or return and receive full refund. At the moment this is the only model of swimming music device which we have in our offer and I'm not able to suggest any other option.

I'm really disappointed with this product. I treated myself having lost some weight to encourage me to swim for longer. Unfortunately despite a large amount of perseverance, I could not get the ear buds to stay in my ears.

Lets face it as much as we all love swimming it can get a bit dull ploughing up and down. So for 25 pounds i though i would give it a go and its a bargain compared to the waterproofed ipods. Just drag and drop the mp3 or WMA via a supplied USB and you are ready to go. You are supplied loads or ear bud rubbers in various sizes and shapes. It took me a couple of attempts to get the best fit but now they are water tight and sound pretty good to be fair.
MP3 vobec nesedi v usiach, i pri vymene stuplov z usi vypadava. Zvuk je velmi slaby, pri plavani hudbu nie je vobec pocut. Moja najhorsia kupa v zivote

Hraje výborně, dlouhá výdrž baterie. Plavu pravidelně a používám pokaždé. Výrobek nikdy nevykazoval žádný nedostatek, neměl výpadek či nějak jinak o sobě dal negativně vědět. Automaticky se spáruje se vším, kam ho připojím. Tablet, telefon, PC. Dobrá koupě....
Idee des Produktes gut. Ich habe das Gerät oft beim 24h Schwimmen dabei, aber die Akkukapazität ist schnell aufgebraucht und dann muss er wieder an die Ladung. Die Speicherkapazität für die Titel könnte auch höher sein und die Ansteuerbarkeit von bestimmten Titeln wäre super und würde in bestimmten Situationen einen Motivationsschub geben können. Alles in allem ein solides Gerät mit Potenzial!
Funktioniert einwandfrei, leider ist die Feder an der Halterung gleich abgebrochen
