Works well, kids love it.
Like other reviews, we have been really frustrated because the ball keeps coming off. The blue speedball is much better to hit than the tennis ball, but my 13 year old is obviously too strong. Disappointing.
I was playing my son who is 20yrs of age and I'd say the ball came off the string about 20 times in half hour..... it's still a lot of fun just a shame it comes off so easily...
Pity that the original ball on the recently purchased swing ball came off after two days and lost it. Hopefully this new one is better and has now stayed on for 4 weeks. Maybe need to redesign the original product to keep the ball from flying off when you hit it hard.
Decathlon has been our go to store for sports related equipment for the past 7plus years.
This is a good product.
The turnball u r selling is a "toy". Real turnball or speedball is an international sport. You should bring that in your store. It has got a heavy base and a taller pole and string. It's pole doesn't move/wobble so much like your toy's does.

I am sorry to hear about your experience, however, you are perhaps speaking of the Turnball and not this ball, to which you have written your review.
To further clarify, yes, this is a toy (sort of), as it is for kids who would like to practice their hand eye co-ordination & learn about Speedball as a sport.
You are also correct to indicate that this is a sport which is played competitively, and that too by adults, for which we have our product called - Speedball Set.
I hope this clarifies your doubts - for now, you may return our turn ball for Juniors at a store near you & purchase the correct product.

Bought this as a backup for the main game but the durability of this made sure to not use this yet.
