Having talked to the recipient she is very pleased with its fit and performance
Feels thin but amazingly warm.. bought to replace my trustly 6 year old simond jacket, thats got me through some tough conditions and I think this one's gonna do the job just as good as the last. Can't recommend enough..
I was very pleased with jacket when I first purchased it. However after a few hours wear there was white bobbling under the arms and from where I had been wearing my rucksack. Am considering taking the jacket back for this reason. Such a shame cause I love the fit colour and warmth.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with Simond Insulated Mountaineering Jacket. Could you email me details/a picture of what you mean by 'bobbling' please?

Disappointed with this jacket, one of the pockets zips broke in November and I bought it only 6 months ago. I usually love simond items, shame that it's broken so quickly

krásná bunda v pěkné modré,ale v rukávech v podpaží úzká.
S bundou jsem max. spokojená, vyzkoušeno na horách (alpin. i sjezd. lyžování), neprofoukne, je prodyšná, lehoučká, zároveň hřeje a hlavně je sbalitelná do malého balíčku.
Tolle Jacke auch um unter einer Softshell/Winterjacke z.b. zu tragen.
Ich bin 172cm groß und trage normalerweise Größe 36/38 oder S. Ich hatte diese Jacke sowohl in S als auch in M bestellt. Leider war es von der Passform her nichts für mich. In Gr. S war sie im Bereich der Schultern/Brustkorb sehr knapp, in Gr. M war sie dann leider gar nicht mehr figurschmeichelnd. Schade, denn sie ist sehr leicht und die Farbe gefiel mir.
Farbe genau wie abgebildet, aber leider passt die vom Größenfinder vorgeschlagenen Größe nicht, ist zu eng. Frauen mit etwas mehr Oberweite sollten sie lieber eine Nummer größer bestellen.
Die Jacke sieht super schön aus , die Passform ist perfekt . Du hast die Bewegungsfreiheit die du brauchst um zu Laufen , zu wandern oder auch zum Bergsteigen. Ich ziehe mich je nach Aktivität nach demZwiebelprinzip an und bin begeistert von der Jacke und man schwitze nicht .
Klettern, sichern (2-Wege-Reißverschluss), wandern, skitourgehen, usw. - die Jacke passt immer. Trägt sich super leicht und kuschelig, macht alle Bewegungen mit und schaut auch noch toll aus.

Online bestellt, ueber den Onlinegrössenfinder ausgesucht, aber für meine Freizeitbedürfnisse doch zu eng. Will mich auch bewegen können. Versuche eine Nummer größer.
Die Jacke ist sehr leicht und klein verpackbar und auch der taillierte Schnitt ist super, da die Jacke etwas länger geschnitten ist! Die Jacke ist sowohl als Midlayer ( für kälteempfindlichere Menschen) als auch alleine super für Bergtouren geeignet. Zusätzliches Plus: sehr schneller Versand und umweltfreundliche Verpackung!!!
