Je vous remercie pour votre avis concernant notre housse de raquette de tennis enfant, et suis désolé que vous n'en soyez pas satisfait.
Nos accessoires, dont les fermetures éclairs, font l'objet de spécifications et contrôles stricts. Ce que vous décrivez est bien évidemment tout à fait anormal.
Je vous contacte personnellement pour essayer d'avoir un peu plus d'informations sur les raisons de la casse et pouvoir vous indemniser au mieux.
