Product Customer Reviews

Comfortable
Excellent for strengthening legs, abs and glutes
great
You really feel the difference with flat fins
Good quality
I make a lot of progress and work muscles
We feel that the muscles are working after a few lengths. Put on easily and hold well.
Awesome ! The slipper is very comfortable, not hurtful at all. Real work on the calves and thighs. Super nice look. The combo with the 7th grade swimming board and the holding elastic in the pool. A real pleasure to start swimming again.
Very good product
I advise
Perfect fins
only the left palm took off while swimming in the sea... I'm so sad and my buttocks too;-
I have had no more cramps since using them And perfect for working the whole back of the legs
You can feel the muscles working. Alternating with short fins is great. On the other hand, they hurt at the level of the toes to be seen at the next session, the slipper may have to be done
I was hoping for even more intensity in the muscular effort I recommend at all levels of swimming. The propulsion provided by the fins is very interesting.

Additional Product Information
Composition
Blade (for diving): 100.0% Styrene Ethylene Butadiene Styrene ; Shoe: 100.0% Styrene Ethylene Butadiene Styrene
What are swim fins for?
A fin is a piece of swimming training equipment to work the lower body. You can simultaneously work on your heart rate and lower-body strength training (thighs, glutes, calves, core stability).
Innovation!
A lot of swimmers use fins to train their legs. This focuses the effort on the quadriceps and the hamstrings and seat are worked very little. To work these muscles, we have designed these fins with an angle of 38° on the blade, which increases resistance when the fin rises and reduces effort when it sinks. 150 tests carried out have allowed us to measure an increase inmuscle use of 19% on the hamstrings and 27% on theseat.
Fin length
LONG FINS- US W 5.5-6.5: 14.4”- US W 7.5-8: 15.4”- US W 9-9.5 / M 7.5-8: 16.3”SHORT blade guarantees a good kick frequency and a good cardio workout. Movements are very close to “natural” swimming movements. The LONG blade guarantees a more sweeping kick and a stronger muscle workout.
Fin stiffness
SEMI-RIGID FINSThe STIFFER a blade is the more important muscular exertion will be.The more FLEXIBLE a blade is, the more efficient and sweeping the kick will be. Your muscular energy will generate the type of effort you’re looking for (cardiovascular or muscular effort)
Footwear
OPEN HEELFin foot pockets hold the foot in place when kicking (important for an efficient kick). The OPEN foot pocket means the ankle can move more freelyThe CLOSED foot pocket supports the foot in its natural position
Your 1st time using a fin?
Be careful to not start too quickly! The use of the fins should progressively increase to let the legs and feet adjust and get stronger and to avoid hurting the Achilles tendon.
Storage instructions
Store fins in a dry place.
