Excellent racket for all levels

I am 15/1 and have been playing with this racquet for 2 years, I hang in the second series without problems. No need to go looking for the big brands at 200€, this racquet has excellent control and allows you to counter very powerful shots with its 645cm² frame while keeping the ball in the court. On the fly it is very stable, it seems that the hand does not move, the racket can counter heavy balls well. As another review below says, I find the new model of the tr960 control tour pro (used by Gael Monfils) much less pleasant to play due to its reduced head size and more complicated handling. I look forward to an evolution of this TR960 precision model in 645cm², with maybe fifteen grams more to gain a little power, while keeping the same balance as the current one.

Best of the best racket

Unbelievable

I bought other rackets

I bought the second racket to have a pair after a few months because it wasn't immediately available. I weighed and measured them and to my amazement the weight was within tolerances of 1gr (not even rackets of noble brands and much more expensive if you don't buy them in pairs and have them selected, they have such precision). The balance is a hair less precise but in the average of big brands. I'm curious to try the pro version. After having tried these versions for the first time, I recommend them and let my students try them, even competitive ones, and I must say with excellent returns.

Intermediate level racket

The racket is suitable for an average level with good handling and a very favorable price/quality ratio. I still have to adapt my game to give a more concrete response.

Superb racket....superb frame despite expert recommendation frame excellent comfort control...honestly too little known in my opinion... Arrives largely at the level of competition, even better. Hesitated with Babolat Pure Strike 100, after test 2 model, opted for this Artengo

handy and precise

I didn't think so... Really... It was supposed to be a gift but in the end, when I arrived late, I kept it... And I was right!!! A well balanced and easy to handle 300 gram that is not demanding but quick to respond, precise and if pushed a little it also has moderate power. Perhaps the only note, but it cannot be expected given the price, it is a rope that seems to me not very elastic and stretched to a couple of kilos more for my taste ... But Wow! I'm already thinking about buying another one.

A good racket for…

A good racquet for those looking for control and precision. The frame is easier to play compared to the new TR 960 Control Tour 16x19.

Used tennis racquet with click and collect….

I picked up the tennis racquet as a click and collect order. Upon picking up the racquet. The staff member kindly pointed out to me the racquet had been used and the plastic wrap was missing on the handle. Upon closer inspection, the frame condition showed it had been used. The white stencil on the strings were faint and light surface scratches on the frame. The staff member kindly offered me a £10 discount but no returns. I declined. Decathlon Surrey Quays, please get your act together. Your products are great but in this occasion you failed. I had to travel for an hour each way to your store to click and collect today.

I was equipped with 990pro…

I had been equipped with the 990pro for 3 years, but I'm a player who hits flat and when I saw this racquet I wanted to try it... A revelation, I feel like I'm rediscovering tennis and being a child who just got his new game console, this racket is completely adapted to my game and I'm having a blast! Precise serve, sharp volley, on the backhand a treat when you hit it and forehand the same makes you hit it not like the 990 where it goes hard and fast but with less control. I did roped in multi at 23 and the sensations are crazy I can't wait to play in competition to see!
