Great buy.
Great value for money
These are my go to trousers in poor weather. I bought them for an Ultra race and had to use them and run/ walk in them for about 3 hours and they were fine and comfortable. I use them hiking over leggings when its wet and/or cold but not dire. I also bike pack quite a bit and these are so much lighter and smaller to pack than bike specific ones that I use these instead, if you have long legs this may not quite as useful as the rain may go into your shoes but on me it was fine. The seat/ crotch has so far stood up well to probably 7 days full saddle use which I was a bit concerned about but I just got a second pair for when they do wear out.
Very comfy, and super water proof. Tried them on a 2h rainy run and I finished completely dry! Very happy with my purchase! :)
Waterproof, comfortable and packs up small
I was the only one in the group who was bone dry after a day of walking in the rain. I liked the fit of the trousers too. Very easy to wear.
Bought these a few weeks ago and didn't want to spend a fortune. Used for a few hours on a very wet sailing trip over leggings, dry as a bone. Used again in another wet scottish cycling weekend again dry. Lightweight and inexpensive
As a somewhat curvy woman, they're a bit tight on the hips and bum, but they work and are good for the price. Probably not meant for heavy rain but work well for light showers. Nice sturdy lower leg zips to get on/off over shoes if needed
Just been frolicking around the Pentlands with all the snow and they have been FAB! Really like the drawstring adjustment around the waist and the cinched bits behind the knees and the zips at the bottom
There is a stuff pocket on the back waistband that isn't waterproof so the rain comes through, runs down your back/bottom and soaks through all of your under garments. On an on/off typical UK showery day, the rain soaked through to my thighs, and ran down the front of my legs, into my socks (cry) after 45 minutes of running. I have also worn them in TERRIBLE heavy rain and they lasted about 20 minutes before it felt like I had no trousers on at all. No good for the UK weather. Also run a bit on the small size. The style is great but completely useless because they are not waterproof.

Finally a pair of non-baggy not-too-long pair of waterproof trousers for a short person! So happy with this purchase- may it never be discontinued!

Just ran a 25 mile night recce through the eye of storm Dennis, my leggings underneath were bone dry. Great buy.

Waterproofing
The pants is 100 % waterproof (10000 schmerbers) thanks to the waterproof fabric and seams. In addition, for your comfort, the tights can be adjusted thanks to a draw cord at the waist.
Breathable
It is breathable (RET < 6) thanks to its membrane. To find out whether a component is breathable, we test its evaporative resistance or RET (based on the ISO 11092 standard). The lower the fabric's resistance, the more the water vapor generated by an active body is evaporated, and the higher the fabric's breathability. For example: RET < 9 = extremely breathable fabric / RET <12 = very breathable fabric / RET < 20 = breathable fabric / RET > 20 = low breathable fabric.
