It doesn’t hold a lot, maybe 6 gels, and zip on side is virtually useless, can hold a few coins, or notes. Otherwise a good product
Great product. Easily attached. Perfect for storing any small items needed to be taken on rides.
Bought to use on my road bike as a nutrition pouch or place to carry an innertube and tyre levers. Not the biggest pouch but it does the job to hold either a trail mix or few bars. One thing I would recommend it to sell a small version this one and a large version to carry more. Also it doesn't have a zipper. I found I don't need a zipper because its easy to access, although, it would be nice to keep possible rain drops out or prevent things from falling out.
Like other reviewers, it is small and you won't get much in. A gel or two only. I only wanted to store one gel for a sprint race and not tape it to my frame. No good for long distance races though.
Small -maybe too small unless you know just what you want to carry and then it's a very neat option. Permanently open top slot is a good solution for fuss free access in summer and mostly the bag is sheltered in by your body. This isn't my only top-tube bag, but it has a place.
Easily attached perfect for those longer rides when nutrition is needed and accessible.

The size is just smaller than what I needed, but the main issue is that its pockets are almost just gimmicks; I can't access them. You could fold a money note at least 2 times to shove it in for emergency situations, but impossible to put ID cards in them. Also, there is no zip at the top and your items can jump out on road bumps.

Why a nutrition pouch?
This nutrition pouch will hold most of the nutrition you need for the bike leg during a triathlon. With its easy-open top and orange inner lining, you will have no problem seeing and grasping your bars and gels.
How to position it on your bike?
With 2 rip-tabs, this pouch can be mounted on most bike frames at the top tube near the stem to ensure easy access. It is designed to fit perfectly onto your bike. The lower part of the pouch is made from a non-slip material to ensure stability on the bike. The moisture evacuation vents are made of fabric so it doesn't affect your frame.
What is the capacity of this nutrition pouch?
The nutrition pouch can hold up to 6 bars or gels in the main pocket. The side zip pocket can hold small products such as salt sticks.
