Unclear instructions about how to set up, fiddly to use and probably not robust enough for the purpose I intended. For me it was a waste of money

My backpack zipper is having a small hole. So while looking at it in the shop, I thought I can very easily lock the zipper. But it turns out it has a very big knob at the tip of the lock, so it does not fit the zipper hole, and hence it defeats the purpose of buying it. Better to go for the normal number lock. Total waste of a product. I think decathlon should rethink about this product or in the contrary remove that knob at the tip of the lock

The TSA locks are designed to be used with our travel and backpacking bags which are designed to accommodate the lock knob perfectly.
Here the product combinations are a mismatch (bags which do not provide specific )and hence you have faced the issue.
If the product is not used from the date of billing and if it is still under the 30-day return policy you can return them back to any decathlon store.

Good product, would recommend.
Tshirt material is quite soft and comfortable but i don't feel comfortable wearing it outside as the material is thin
Just like any other lock in it's segment, cable cutters can cut through this also easily
