Straps must be stretched to fit 45mm diameter downtube. Used zip-tie over the rubber strap to increase rotational friction; stays put for gravel or rough roads.
For most of my bikes, I've added pop-riv bottle mounts wherever I wanted them. Unfortunately, drilling voids most frame warranties. These are awesome for adding a cage and pump mount while still maintaining the lifetime warranty.

Easy to fix and very secure if you have no mounting bolts on your frame.
Reasonably priced and easy to fit.
Maybe it would hold a pump, but a cage & water bottle is too heavy for it.
It allowed me to attached a second bottle to my frame. Issue is as it attaches via straps. It does slide a little.
I just received the item today. Postage took 3 work days. About average speed delivery from purchase. The item itself is a cool concept. It fits my fat bottom bar on a dual sus bike. It fits in the second last hole. I think I could get it to the third, but once I fitted the mount, then removed it, the straps didn't go back to their original size. They are permanently stretched. So right now, the item fits nice and snug. Feels like the water bottle wouldn't move. Though, I am *extremely* worried about the straps breaking. I am already thinking of a fix or maybe a new adapter. So right now. I recommend the product. But the stretch (and not going back to original size after removal) in the straps are making me feel like it won't last very long. Recommend: Both yes and no (I haven't owned long enough)
The bolt pulled through the rubber during the mounting process. Appalling production quality. Don't bother.

I don't have mounting holes/bolts on my old ten speed. This was easy to install and holds tight.
There was no place to attach a bottle on my 10yr old son's bike so got this so he could put a drink bottle holder on. The idea is good but as it's attached by tightening elasticated rubber, it works itself around the frame when in use. Would be fine for less heavy items and it doesn't necessarily need for on the usual place on the frame.

Works well easy to fit
No matter how well adjusted, this mount is unsuitable for use on any vertical tubes. There isn't enough grip between the rubber and the frame, so when loaded with even a 500ml bottle, over time (and particularly on bumpy surfaces) the holder slowly rotates. This risks it becoming caught in your legs as you cycle. It might work better on diagonal tubes, or with a much lighter load, but I still suspect that it would rotate to some degree
