Love these as their nice and comfy to wear and do their job great
The product is good quality and comfortable. I am a size 12 and it is a tight fit getting into the 14-16 XL. Ideally go 2 sizes bigger.
Great value
I'm normally a UK12 but went up and ordered for a L as quite often swim stuff comes up a bit small, these were small far to small and would deintely not fit a UK14! Hoping to get a replacement XL but considering that's supposed to fit a size 16 I can't understand what the sizing system is based on. Make sure you order two sizes up!
I bought a medium as I'm only 5'3 and a size 12/14 UK. This were so tight around the stomach and thighs that they were uncomfortable. I haven't managed to try the L as I lost the refund/exchange paperwork but what does someone who is a UK size 16 or more supposed to do?
AS other people have commented in here, going a size up can be a good choice. They are comfy and nice, however, if you want to use them for the gym they are quite see-trough if you bend over. (E.g. squats)

The materia is really comfortable, not to tight and not to loose. I expect to see more different pattern on market. Absolutely will keep perchasing.

Bought it because I love love love the design and the UV protection properties, but when I came home, it was much tighter as compared to the other long tights that I've tried from Olaian and Nabaiji. Super duper good quality though, but please bring in bigger sizes :(

You are an intermediate surfer
You regularly go surfing. During your sessions, you paddle out to the lineup, duck dive under the breaking waves if you are on a shortboard, or turtle roll if you are on a longboard, then surf waves of less than 40”. You often fall and are used to being shaken about underwater. Your swimsuit must meet the requirements of your practice and stay in place for each of your movements. We have designed a range for you that is suited to your regular practice and your body shape.
Leg protection during your surf session
These leggings help reduce rubbing against the board and wax, especially around the knees when lying down on the board and inner thighs when sitting on the board.
Uv protection even when wet
The fabric of this OLAIAN UV-resistant product blocks at least 98% of UVB radiation and 95% of UVA (UPF 50+). This guarantees effective protection from the sun. It can be used both in and out of the water, for water or nautical sports. The density of the textile fibers filters out UV rays, for long-lasting protection, even after washing. Warning: the spandex in the fibers may deteriorate in chlorinated water.
What does upf 50+ mean?
UPF is a sun protection factor (Ultra Violet Protection Factor) and is standardized worldwide. It defines the protection level of a fabric and more precisely the proportion of UV rays it lets through.To meet the standards, it must block at least 95% of UV rays. UPF 50+ means that the fabric blocks at least 95% of UVB and 98% of UVA rays.
Behavior in the sun
Although these leggings protect you from the sun, phenomena such as reflections (from water, sand, etc.), heat, time of day, etc. must be taken into account. Wearing these leggings does not exempt the wearer from following the relevant advice: wear a UV protection T-shirt, wear sunglasses, wear a hat or cap, regularly apply an appropriate sun block, drink regularly, etc.
Support and stability in the waves
The body-shaping waistband helps the leggings stay in place even when you fall off the board in the waves. The cord located at the front of the waistband is designed to be attached to a UV protection T-shirt and prevent it from riding up. We recommend wearing a OLAIAN 500 women's UV protection T-shirt (available in short-sleeved and long-sleeved versions) in addition to these leggings in order to be well protected.
