These knee pads are available in 4 sizes, to fit different body builds. To find your correct size, measure the circumference of the thigh 3” above the knee. S 00: between 12.6 and 14.2”S 1: between 14.2” and 15.4”S 2: between 15.4” and 16.9”S 3: 16.9” to 18.5”
