I'm still not sure if large is too big, but it has helped me avoid back pain while squatting and lifting heavy dumbells. My trainer recommended this one over the velcro one for long term use.

A good solid piece of kit
sizing as S,M,L,XL etc doesn't tell you much about the sizes. Small for an american wrestler would be super large for a Somalian long distance runner, stop avoiding the sizes and put it in inches and centimetres. If not my petite size 13 feet won't come to your store
