El recubrimiento de caucho los hace ideales para uso doméstico sin miedo a dañar el suelo. Combinados con los discos de 5 y 2,5 frece una buena posiblidad de progresión. La única pega es que no haya de 0,5 en este formato.
Buen disco con caucho, con un peso ideal para ir haciendo sobrecarga progresiva. El caucho le da un tacto más cómodo y silencioso.
Me gustaría que también se fabricarán con azas
Para empezar están muy bién. Los he comprado junto con la barra y perfecto. Buen ejercicio para los brazos.
Disco con buen deslizamiento en la barra. Evita ruidos entre los discos pero no evita los ruidos al chocar en ejercicios de peso muerto y similares donde la barra es depositada con frecuencia en el suelo.
