Приемам този протеин от 20 дни по схема грам на килограм х 2 пъти на ден - сутрин 60 гр., и късния след обед 40 гр. В интерес на истината в зала не влизам, но за тези 20 дни има някакъв минимален ефект. По време на приема леко намалих калориите (без течните). Ако човек не е решил наистина да спортува не си заслужава да се дават 39.50 лв. на седмица. пс. в Декатлон-Подуяне цената беше по-висока 42.50 лв. оправете си ценообразуването.

Konečně protein, který je i chuťově vynikající
Chuť je skvělá, používám ráno s vločkami a ořechy - skvělá chuť/cena. Obyčejné levné proteiny nemají tak dobrou chuť.
Po vylepšení produktu, mi to až tak nechutná. Ale je to čistě věc názoru. Co mi ale dost vadí je, že teď dost pění

Používám už pár (7) let (posilování), žena jako svačinu v práci a max. spokojenost. Chuť skvělá, v šejkru se rozmíchá bez hrudek a cena odpovídá kvalitě

Ist für Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Einiger Nachteil 2 Messbecher sollen 30gr Pulver enthalten. Dies sind leider nur 21 gr, daher der Abzug an Punkten.
Schmeckt hervorragend, Preis-Leistung stimmt, Lieferung pünktlich und zuverlässig... was will man mehr?

Produkt wurde geändert. Nicht nur Verpackung sondern auch Geschmack und Geruch. Kann ich nicht mehr empfehlen. Habe es früher gerne zum Backen von Proteinkuchen und Keksen verwendet, aber das geht jetzt nicht mehr.

Know what's hiding behind these four letters?Proteins are amino acid sequences. There are 20 of them, 9 of which are ”essential” meaning that they are not synthesized in the body and must be supplemented by food. Among them are 3 amino acids. They are called Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs): leucine, isoleucine and valine. They're called branched because of their shape. They are involved in muscle repair and recovery.
