I wanted a simple light windbreaker to save fuel and cut down boiling time. This fit the bill and the price was right. It is relatively compact and has a nice little carrying bag to go along with it. Durability will be observed down the road.

Dies the job well, used it with both forclaz trek stove /cookset and my bcb firedragon and works with both. Pegs make it very stable in the ground.

Skvělý pomocník při kempování, vše rychleji uvařeno . Doporučuji .
Dostal jsem tip na toto závětří od přátel, kteří ho už vlastní a můžu ho jen doporučit. Už nemusím řešit ohřev vody za větru. Voda v konvi se díky závětří uvaří mnohem dřív.
Super contre le vent seul bémol les tiges du milieu ne se plante pas. De ce fait la partie centrale bouge.

..... aber zu filigran, Höhe zu gering (+2cm), Kunststoffschutz teilweise selber entfernt oder er ist abgebrannt. Breite der einzelnen Segmente sind ok, Anzahl auch.
Der Schutz erfüllt zu günstigem Preis was er soll. Vielleicht gibt es noch leichtere Modelle aber sich nicht zu diesem Preis. Für was die schwarzen Bügel gerechnet sind, ist mir nicht ganz klar, grundlos werden sie nicht eingebaut worden sein.
.....ich hab's noch nicht ausprobiert....kommt aber voraussichtlich nächsten Sommer ! m.f.G.
Es könnte etwas höher sein und eine Lamelle mehr vertragen
Der Windschutz an sich ist ser filigran und die Stangen, welche die einzelnen Bleche zusammen halten sind nach unten hin offen und können somit nach oben herausfallen. Zudem sind die Stangen so scharfkantig, dass ich Zweifel daran habe, wie lange die Tasche wohl halten wird. Eventuell passe ich die Bewertung nach einem ersten Praxistest noch an, Tendenz eher nach unten ...

How to use your windshield?
Before starting using the stove, check the wind direction. Unfold the wind shield and place the two curved feet under your stove's gas cartridge. Place the entire wind-shield under your stove and check that there is enough space to use your cook set. Place the pegs in the ground to increase wind resistance.
