These overtrousers are just what I was looking for. Perfect for walking my dog in the rain and for longer walks at the weekend. Pack small so easy to carry in a backpack and easy to get on and off, with adjustable cuffs to fit over boots or wellies without removing them. A great price too. I was so pleased with them I recommended them to a neighbour
I had to return these as the size was very small I'm an average size 12 but there is no way you could wear them over normal trousers. If you order these go much larger.
Excellent
Really disappointed, I thought I was buying the same ones in the video, Ive bought them before & they lasted a while but these ones are cheap & nasty looking. the drawstrings r fake so don't pull the waist in so couldn't get the sizing right. the small was too tight & medium to big. Had to return them. The pictures make them look great & video is very misleading as it's the old version of waterproofs!

Good quality trousers especially for price paid - size true to size
Bought for my daughter for when she goes camping or on activity days with guides. Goes over her leggings well but if she wore thicker trousers they may be a little snug.
I bought these trousers for my trip to Iceland and they were my complete life saver. They kept the rain away, and kept me dry all the time. The price is also great. I totally recommend them. You can easily put them over your normal trousers or hiking trousers and they will do the job.
My daughter needed new over trousers to take to scout camp and these are perfect. They are made from a good weight of fabric and are true to size. The poppers at the ankle mean she can get them on and off without having to remove her hiking boots. They did the job perfectly at camp and she stayed dry.
My daughter, who has bought a few things from Decathlon, advised me that sizing was often generous and I ordered S/M. Unfortunately, the trousers were too small for me. I passed them on to a friend.
Excellent service and qaulity
I purchased this item on recommendation from a fellow runner. I needed a lightweight waterproof trousers for an event I was running. I was able to try them out on a very wet and windy day while out on a long training run. They kept me dry, warm (because I didn't get wet) and did well to keep the wind off me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to stay dry.

Excellent value, very pleased with them.
Was hoping to purchase for my trip to Iceland. The trousers are robust and a good length. The waist band had a draw string which is fab for adjustments. Unfortunately for me the 2 xl was too large and the next size down to small. Would still recommend for vfm.

Garment waterproofing
This garment has been shower-tested using 16 gallons of water/sq.m./hour for 2 hours. This test reproduces the average conditions of a rain shower in the mountains.
Waterproof component
We measure a fabric resistance to water pressure, expressed as a water column in mm (based on the ISO 811 standard). The higher the water pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. A waterproof rating of 2000 mm means that the fabric can withstand the pressure exerted by 2000 mm of water (the equivalent of nearly a two-hour downpour).
Water repellent component
A fabric is water-repellent when it allows water to slide over its surface without seeping in. This prevents the fabric from swelling, and keeps it lightweight, breathable and warm. The fabric is made water-repellent by treating its outer surface. This treatment must be renewed throughout the garment's lifetime (recommended after every three washes). All Quechua waterproof jackets have received water-repellent treatment.
Component breathability
To find out whether a fabric is breathable, we test its evaporative resistance or RET (based on the ISO 11092 standard). The lower the fabric's resistance, the more water vapor generated by physical activity evaporates, and the higher the fabric's breathability. For example: RET < 9 = extremely breathable fabric / 9

Care instructions
Wash at 86°F. Use liquid detergent; do not add fabric conditioner. Fasten zippers and hook and loop fasteners before washing. Renew fabric water-repellent properties using a suitable treatment each time you wash.
