I went to Decathlon to get a windproof jacket and a waterproof for my cycling tour of the Hebridean Way. As a 4ft 11" female who is a size 10-12, nothing in the entire cycle clothing department fitted me and I had to get this jacket in a size 16. I got it to fit over a windproof jacket and there's just enough room. As if this wasn't bad enough for my self-esteem the only windproof jacket to fit me was a men's XL. Someone seriously needs to rethink cycle clothing for women. And realise we have curves!
Bought this for my sister’s birthday. She loves it. Medium was an excellent fit as she’s a slim 5’8””. Off centre zip is stylish and ergonomic. Repellency is adequate for most conditions. Low weight material. I liked the price.
My wife is a size 16, got the 18 so it would be comfortable and she could layer up underneath if required. Absolute waste of time, the jackets are clearly not designed for women with any shape at all, they are just scalded up fitted straight jackets. Extremely poor considering.
Size 18 fits like a snug size 14. Nice jacket though.
So I went for a cycle in the rain for two hours it survived the cycle and kept me dry. I am not sure about breathability but I definitely think it will be fine as it has so many vents. Great fit and keeps u dry love the back pocket. Would have given it 5 stars but needed some reflective strips on the arms.
I bought this as I was cycling to Paris in spring and wanted something light and easy to carry to have at hand should a shower occur. It proved very handy. It was also useful first thing in the morning to keep me warm until the sun came out. I love the bright colour: tome being seen on your bike is paramount and thus certainly is a great colour for that! My only disappointment is I wanted a small but only a medium was in stock so it is a little larger than I would like.
I had really high hopes for this Jacket after reading a favourable review on Road CC, however it just isn't what I wanted it to be and I am left very disappointed that after one unsuccessful wear I am stuck with a jacket that I can't return and is no good for use so I am out of pocket and will need to buy another jacket now. What a waste of money. The fit is very poor, so tight and restrictive across the top of the arms that on a road bike I was left unable to reach properly on to the brake levers and the drops. Because of the jacket pulling across the tops of my arms, my movement was restricted, not safe or ideal.

Lovely jacket good fit
this is a great value waterproof jacket , have compared with much more expensive jackets owned by friends and am very satisfied with my choice. also the colour is very visible from a great distance. comfortable and a perfect fit
Unfortunately I had to return this jacket. I've given 3 stars because it is nicely made, I just couldn't get one to fit me. I'm 4' 11" size 10-12 upper and size 8 lower. The small was too small, could fasten it but couldn't breathe, that was with wearing a short sleeved cycling shirt. The medium suprised me in being still too tight around the middle. The large was comfortable around the chest and ribs but was that long it wasn't far off my knees and looked ridiculous. So Decathlon I'm thinking there's something out with the sizing here, ive always has small sizes sometime medium but nothing fit here. I would recommend the jacket if you're lucky enough to get a size that fits you. Some of the girls have them in our cycle club and they are kept warm and dry in heavy rain.

Waterproofness
Waterproofing is a fabric's ability to prevent rain water from passing through. A fabric's waterproofing is determined by measuring its resistance to the pressure exerted by a water column, measured in mm (test based on ISO 811 standard). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. A material with a waterproof rating of 2000mm resists the pressure exerted by 2000mm of water (which roughly corresponds to a 2-hour rain shower).
Breathability
To determine whether a fabric is breathable, we measure its evaporative resistance (test based on standard ISO 11092). The lower its resistance, the more the fabric will let water vapor produced by the body escape, and therefore the more breathable it is. For example: RET <9 = extremely breathable fabric.
