What makes these basic leggings more eco-friendly than others?
These leggings have been cold pad batch dyed, making them more eco-friendly.Fabric dyeing is highly polluting as it uses large amounts of water, chemicals and energy. To reduce this impact, this product has been dyed using the ”cold pad batch” technique. This process dyes the fabric at ambient temperature so that less energy is used and less CO2 is therefore emitted. It also uses less water compared with traditional dyeing techniques.

The indication in grams per square metre on this product sheet lets you know the thickness of the fabric from which your leggings are made. This has a direct effect on the opacity of your leggings, especially combined with a very tight knit. In our range, the heavier the leggings, the more coverage and opacity they will provide. All our leggings have been tested to ensure they are opaque in all circumstances.
