Comfortable shorts with a nice insert.
The lot on top is big, I took XS but it is more suitable for an M. Instead, the inner part with the base is a real S

Well inside
The pants are great and comfortable. I like to wear them. I'm a bit bothered by the fact that they rise a bit on my thighs while cycling, but that could be my legs (their shape). My butt didn't hurt with them and I wore them for a few hours.

With both hands on the handlebars, you can tackle challenging trails more easily. And don't forget to wear a helmet and full-finger gloves for safety. A small, reassuring accessory: puncture repair spray, which you can use if you don't know how to repair punctures. It saves you from walking home, so your ride isn't ruined!
A tip for extra comfort!
If you want to be more comfortable in the saddle, you can always add a gel saddle cover to your saddle. They are compatible with all women's Rockrider saddles and add an extra touch of softness to reduce discomfort on your ride... and the day after too :)
