they are really good n
I hadn’t been skiing for 15 years so really great for beginner to intermediate to build confidence but can see myself still using these for years to come now I’ve got the bug back. The staff were so very helpful choosing these and now I’ve used them were spot on, they even fitted them to my new ski boots that I bought from a different place. Five stars from me.

Lyže jsou perfektní a fungují tak jak mají. Pří pádu se mu hned odepnuly tak jak mají.

Haben den Ski gebraucht von Decathlon gekauft, der Ski selbst ist für Anfänger sehr gut geeignet, hat gute Fahreigenschaften, läuft stabil jedoch war er nicht gut gewachst. Es blieb auf den Laufflächen der Schnee kleben, das man die Ski nicht mehr zusammen stecken konnte um diese zu transportieren. Also selbst wenn man gebrauchte Ski im Fachhandel kauft, gehe ich davon aus, dass diese wenigstens vorher überprüft wurden ob diese ordnungsgemäß sind. Nachdem wir sie Vorort im Zillertal neu wachsen haben lassen fuhren sie vorzüglich. Deshalb auch nur 4*

What is camber?
When placing a ski on the ground, its points of contact are found near the tip and tail, whereas the middle of the ski (under the bindings) is slightly raised. This is the camber. The longer and higher the camber, the greater the grip and the more responsive the ski. The lower the camber, the more tolerant and manageable the ski.
What is rocker ?
On a "rocker" ski, the tip, and sometimes the heel, comes off the ground much sooner than with a cambered ski: this has the effect of moving the contact points toward the centre of the ski. The surface of the ski in contact with the snow is shortened and offers manoeuvrability and lift in soft snow. When taking corners, the edge length provides more grip on hard snow. The longer the rocker, the better the handling of the ski.

After a long day of skiing, this is what you need to do to guarantee your ski's long life: * Wipe your edges with a rag at the end of the day to prevent rusting. * Use ski ties to prevent the soles from rubbing against each other. * Store your skis in a dry place, away from sunlight.
