The BOOST 900 by Wed'ze is a high performance ski, which remains very intuitive. It enables to vary the radius thanks to its full length wood core construction. The vertical side walls increase grip on hard snow, and the slight "piste rocker" on the tip helps enter the turn. Acceleration is also very good when exiting the turn. In short, a high performance and accessible ski.

Woodcore Tec Sidewall: Vertical side walls that provide good grip on hard snow. The full length wood core ensures even deformation in turns, for a responsive, comfortable and stable ski. The slight 3D design on the tail of ski enables good deformation of the tail, to ensure flowing turn control.

Tyrolia Bindings, model PR 10 GW. Grip Walk compatible. Din 3 to 10. Fits ski boots with sole length between 10" and 14.9"

Plastic tail end to not damage the ski when it is on the ground.

Waxed and sharpened skis, ready to use. Edge sharpened to 89°.

What is an arch?

When placing a ski on the ground, its points of contact are found near the tip and tail, whereas the middle of the ski (under the bindings) is slightly raised. This is the camber. The longer and higher the camber, the greater the grip and the more responsive the ski.

What is a rocker?

On a "rocker" ski, the tip, and sometimes the heel, comes off the ground much sooner than with a cambered ski: this has the effect of moving the contact points toward the center of the ski. The surface of the ski in contact with the snow is shortened and offers maneuverability and lift in soft snow. When taking corners, the edge length provides more grip on hard snow. The longer the rocker, the better the handling of the ski. The shorter it is, the more grippy your ski is.

124/71/108 in 64.2", radius = 39'

Our after-skiing advice:

After a long day of skiing, this is what you need to do to guarantee your ski's long life: * Wipe your edges with a rag at the end of the day to prevent rusting. * Use ski ties to prevent the soles from rubbing against each other. * Store your skis in a dry place, away from sunlight.

Storage instructions

Store in a dry place. At the end of the season: have your skis waxed but request that the wax is not scratched, so that your equipment is stored in optimal conditions.
