I really like this jacket which meets the requirements of staying dry and warm without hindering movement. It has the small necessary comfort details (the fleece fabric against the face when you close it all the way up, the neoprene sleeves in the sleeves, the precise adjustment of the hood, the waterproof pockets, the scratches to pull it up in mode jacket, etc) and the style is nice, although perhaps a little too tight at the hips for me. I use it in the tropics where it never gets super cold but it does rain sometimes.

A nice water and windproof jacket. Nice big hood.
I had bought this coat to make sure I was dry during my outdoor trips to Normandy. I was very disappointed by the rapid loss of waterproofness after 3 or 4 good showers. Too bad because the style is great and the fluorescent hood is a real plus. I think this coat does not offer the features it does and the price does not match the product.

Very comfortable, very warm and waterproof
I hunted for this model for a few weeks and when there was only one piece, I quickly clicked. The jacket is sensational, decent, functional, pretty, well cut, I have no comments. My attention - why did I order the second item and it is delivered dirty or dusty? The jacket above was also put in a box without any packaging or paper - dirty effect. The second jacket bought for my mother is the same. This is worth paying attention to.

How to reactivate the jacket's water repellency step 1: before washing
Close all zippers and flaps and remove any parts of the garment that cannot be washed. Also remember to loosen the straps and elastic parts and empty the pockets. Then turn the garment inside out to wash it.
How to reactivate the jacket's water repellency step 2: washing
You can wash your jacket on a synthetic cycle at 86°F or 104°F with your usual detergent. Do not use fabric softener, which could damage the existing performance of the garment, or bleach. Also take care not to bend your jacket too much when you place it in the washing machine and do not overload your machine. Very important: select a thorough rinse or double rinse to completely remove all detergent residue.
How to reactivate the jacket's water repellency step 3: drying
Drying is a crucial phase in reactivating the water-repellent treatment.We recommend that you lay your jacket flat on a clothes rack and leave it out to dry in the open. Caution: never dry your jacket directly on a radiator.Then place it in the tumble dryer on a short synthetics cycle, i.e. 10 to 15 minutes, before turning it back the right way around.
How to reactivate the jacket's water repellency
If, despite this procedure of washing and thorough rinsing followed by gentle drying in a tumble dryer, the drops of water no longer run off the surface of your jacket, we recommend that you ”re-waterproof” it using a spray sold in our stores.
