- at the front, a zipper front pocket can hold a smartphone (5.5"x2.75").
- at the back in the middle, a large zipped back pocket can hold a 250 ml flask.
- on either side of the back pocket, 2 net pockets, easily holding 3 gels each
- finally, a small pocket on the inside of the waistband for keeping your car key or a tissue
