The Trek 100 jacket is really nice. It is light and compact (can be packed in its own pocket). Looks smart and is quite warm. It can also be left unzipped when it is not so cold.
Good product as the material is really great ... money worth.
Functional n light yet warm
we travelled through six East European countries during October and most of the places were quite cold. Thanks to this Jacket ,we did not face any trouble at all. Moreover the jacket really proved its worth during frequent drizzles , protecting the wearer warmly. Very satisfied with the product and carrying it also so easy in its folded tiny form.
Good product, less weight
It kept me warm.
Excellent product
I have been using this jacket in Amsterdam in winter season and it's the best
I love this coat, it fits well, I like the colour and the fact that it packs neatly into the pocket. It is not as warm as down but does not require as much care and is much cheaper than my down jacket. I do not worry if it gets wet. Reasons for not having 5 stars are that it has no hanging hook, (I have to hang it up by the hood) and the label is really really itchy on my neck!!

My wife was very happy with coat for her month long trip to asia
Very light but warm coat for those chilly fall evenings and mornings.
This polyamide fabric that uses 20 denier thread resists 20,000 cycles of abrasion. Martindale test, Standard 12947-2 Outer: 100% polyamide fabric 1.4 oz/sqm, 20 denier Lining: 100% polyester fabric 1.2 oz/sqm, mix of 15 to 20 denier threads
This down jacket has been certified for a comfort temperature of 21°F during a standardized test in a thermal chamber. The model wears a synthetic long-sleeved T-shirt and a light fleece underneath. It works with a simulated 3 mph wind. In our heat comparison tool, it represents 2 stars.
We use 100% polyester fill (25% recycled). The fill is made from silicon-coated spiral fibers that make it highly compressible and highly durable. Despite its low thickness, it has high insulation properties thanks to the air trapped inside, and remains lightweight. It remains warm even when wet.
Because the fabric we use reduces CO2 emissions by 40%. The fabric used in this padded jacket is innovative because it mixes a dope-dyed black yarn and an undyed yarn. Compared to a classic dyeing process, this process reduces by: • 66% fine particle emissions (PM2.5) • 74% Eutrophication of fresh water • 68% eutrophication of sea water
On the Trek 100 black model, the outer fabric uses a clean process known as dope dyeing (the thread is dyed before the yarn is woven) reducing CO2 emissions by 36%. More information: http://developpement-durable.decathlon.com/
The water-repellent property of a fabric is its capacity to make water run off its surface without absorbing it. This prevents the fabric from soaking up water and keeps it lightweight and breathable. The fabric is made water-repellent by treating its outer surface; however, this property may deteriorate with use. In order to reactivate it, follow the guide: https://www.quechua.co.uk/advice/how-do-you-restore-water-repellent-properties-your-jacket-a_86426
Inside flap under the zipper that protects from the wind. Elasticated cuffs, flap at the top of the collar to protect the chin. Tightening with an elastic cord and toggle at the hem. Hood with elastic bias binding

In November 2017, 6 backpackers (4 men and 2 women) with part of the Forclaz design team tested this down jacket for 4 days in the Southern French Alps. We were then able to make the final modifications and validate it for use in mountain backpacking.
