Je suis désolé du problème rencontré avec notre ballon qui semble être défectueux.
Pourriez vous m'aider à comprendre le problème en répondant à ces questions:
Est ce que la fuite est audible et le ballon dégonflé instantanément ?
Est ce que le ballon se dégonfle lentement (perte de pression en quelques jours)?
Depuis fin d'année 2018, tous nos ballons sont équipés en production d'une nouvelle vessie qui permet une excellente tenue en pression.
Je vous propose d'échanger votre produit défectueux contre un nouveau ballon.
Avez vous la possibilité de revenir sur le magasin de Hendaye pour procèder à l'échange ou à un remboursement?

Très bon ballon. Excellent prise en main. Attention néanmoins, si vous souhaitez l'utiliser en loisir (vacances entre amis, piscine !) car le ballon est très lourd et rigide. Attention au nez !!
Je suis entraîneur de water polo et j'ai fait l'acquisition de ce ballon NABAIJI la saison dernière.J'ai donc assez de recul pour donner mon avis sur ce ballon.Très bon produit avec un grip de bonne qualité. Il ne se dégonfle pratiquement pas et il a un beau design.De plus,son prix est très attractif

Design
We chose the best components for our new ball: our best rubber for a firm grip in the water, high-quality nylon and polyester for high resistance to impacts.
Product testing
Samples regularly undergo shooting tests to confirm the quality of our products. A machine throws the ball 1,500 times against a steel plate at about 30 mph. At the end of the test, the quality of the ball is assessed according to its exterior appearance and various measurements of its spherical shape.
